My career path reflects a constant evolution between technical expertise and strategic leadership. After starting out on technical assignments involving the development and management of HRIS projects at Canal+ and the Princess Grace Hospital, I quickly developed a taste for managing complex systems. This dynamic led me to take on the role of HRIS IT Manager in Paris, where I contributed to the implementation and development of solutions such as SuccessFactors.
My international adventure began in Singapore at Murex, where I perfected my IT project management skills and adopted Agile and SAFE methodologies. As Product Owner and Scrum Master, I orchestrated strategic projects combining innovation and process optimisation. Back in Europe, at KPMG in Monaco, I had the opportunity to lead multi-department initiatives, integrating digital transformation and Agile methodology.
In 2023, building on this experience, I founded Tech Dojo Consulting to help companies and start-ups with their digital transformation projects, using an approach that combines technological expertise and human management.
