Morgan Teissier et Lucas Dubois
FOUNDERS AND MANAGERS
Lucas holds a master’s degree in property development from the University of Westminster in London, while Morgan studied a BTS in real estate in France and is a partner in a Monegasque construction company. Our paths crossed while working part-time in Monaco at the end of our studies. We decided to set up DT Development following discussions with building professionals and private individuals who had built or acquired and renovated property, who confirmed the need for support in realizing their projects.
This observation strengthened our resolve to set up a company to develop this vitally important mission.
DT Development was therefore created in April 2022..
